This page explains how to remove Triton Relay's access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts and have the data we hold deleted.
1. Disconnect it in Triton Relay. In the dashboard, open Meta Pages and choose Disconnect. The assistant stops answering that Page immediately and its access token is deactivated.
2. Remove Triton Relay from Facebook. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Triton Relay. This revokes every permission you granted.
3. Ask us to delete your data. Email support@tritonrelay.app from the email address on your account and ask for your workspace data to be deleted. This covers connected Pages, conversations, captured contacts, and assistants. We confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.
Conversations with a business belong to that business, so the quickest route is to ask them directly. You can also email support@tritonrelay.app with the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account you messaged and the name on your profile, and we'll delete the conversation and any contact details captured from it within 30 days.
Deleted data is removed from our live systems straight away and from backups when they rotate, within a further 30 days. Records we must keep by law, such as payment records, are kept only for as long as required.
