This Privacy Policy explains how Triton Relay ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service.
- Account information: name, email, and workspace details you provide when signing up. - Facebook/Instagram data: Page identifiers, Page access tokens (encrypted at rest), and the content of Messenger/Instagram conversations needed to generate and deliver replies, limited to the permissions you grant during Facebook Login. - Lead and contact data: names, emails, phone numbers, and messages your customers share in conversation, used to qualify leads and optionally sync to GoHighLevel or Triton Relay's CRM. - Payment data: billing details are collected and processed by our payment partners, Paddle (cards and PayPal) and Moolre (mobile money); Triton Relay stores only the subscription and transaction status, never card, mobile-money, or bank credentials. - Usage data: AI reply counts, token usage, error logs, and product analytics used to operate and improve the Service.
We use collected information to operate the Service (generating and sending replies, syncing leads, billing your subscription), to secure the platform (fraud prevention, abuse detection, webhook signature verification), to communicate with you about your account, and to improve our AI models and features using aggregated, de-identified patterns where possible.
We share data only with the providers necessary to deliver the Service: Meta (to send/receive Messenger and Instagram messages), your chosen AI provider, Paddle and Moolre (to process payment), GoHighLevel (only if you connect it), and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Conversation and lead data is retained for as long as your workspace is active plus a limited period for backups and legal compliance, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 6).
Facebook, GHL, and payment-related credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to personnel who need it to operate the Service. Meta webhook requests are signature-verified before processing.
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@tritonrelay.app. Facebook users may also revoke Triton Relay's access at any time from their Facebook settings, which stops further message processing for that account.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Data may be processed in countries other than your own by our infrastructure and payment providers, each bound by contractual data-protection obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date and, where required, communicated directly.
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to support@tritonrelay.app.
